At Charmée Atelier , we want you to feel happy, confident, and delighted with every piece you receive. If something wasn't perfect for you, don't worry—we're here to help.

📦 Do you want to make an exchange or return?
You have up to 30 days from the time you receive your order to request an exchange or return.

✅ Requirements for return:

• The bag charm must be unused, undamaged, and with its original packaging and tags.

• We do not accept returns of customized items (except if they have manufacturing defects).

• Returns must be requested within 30 days.

💸 Would you prefer a refund?
We can refund the amount to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost (if applicable).
If the product arrived defective or there was an error on our part, we will cover all expenses.

📍 How do I make a return?

We will send you a return label or the necessary instructions to return it.

Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your exchange or refund within 3 to 5 business days .
